"So, I called Home Depot in Houghton Lake yesterday to see if they could send my rigid portable generator in to get fixed. I seen online that they send in rigid tools but wanted to make sure about the generator even though I bought it there about 4 years ago They checked and said they could to bring it in. When I showed up there today had to wait at least a half hour for someone to come out and help me unload it. Then they told me they didn’t know if they could send it in or not they would have to call but couldn’t call until Monday. So I had to wait again for someone to load it up because they said I couldn’t leave it there. So I called Mt Pleasant Home Depot they said yes they could send it in I made them double check and gave them the model number they assured me they could and Houghton Lake must not have an updated list. I would not recommend Houghton Lake Home Depot for anything especially in the service area"
