"My husband called Friday to inquire about renting an excavator. He drove a distance to get it and was refused. The reason was not even plausible and if that was the case why didn't they tell him on Friday. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend them and taking our business elsewhere."

He provided great advice on how we should arrange everything and offered his own ideas when we were too busy to make our own plan. After the event, they were very thorough in their cleanup.
