"They don't do cash back . they don't give change only store I've been to in months that still using change and cash shortage from a year ago to rip off customers. Very unsatisfied won't ever be back. Don't want to make costomers happy not even sure how they are still in bussiness"
"Decent store and prices, but in desperate need of new management. Employees are rude, blasting inappropriate music, swearing in front of customers, ignoring customers, and generally not working at all. This really needs to get addressed quickly."
"This particular store got me through Covid lock down. It was my go to for everything. I went today for a few things and I was so disappointed. Items and clothing all over the floor, young employees screaming in the front of the store. One female employee had no mask at all at the check out and walked around like that. When I tried to talk to her about a large rug I had seen on the on the floor in the party decorations aisle, she walked away saw the rug and left it and the rest of the decorations on the floor. I did buy it at a discount, but I was so put off by their behavior and the stores appearance. Hopefully this will be addressed."
"When I went to this store this evening both employees were sitting outside on a bench smoking. It took a few minutes for me to get my items, then I joined 2 other people at the register line. One said he had been waiting for awhile. We continued to wait another close to ten minutes, when the employees decided to come on in and do their job and ring us up.The girl ringing us up didn't even apologize and was rather unfriendly to all of us. Not good."
"Update: refund policy that is on website is not held up in store. When I asked for a phone number I was told to look at my receipt. Very unprofessional employee. Also, why should I give them my information if they cannot pull up a receipt. I was told this by Lee. eat customer service. This Family Dollar is by far the best one I have ever visited. It is clean and orderly. By using their new digital coupons my order went down from $88 to $62! I stocked up on laundry and personal care items. I got a Covergirl eyeliner for 99 cents because I had a $3 digital coupon!"
