"The man working told us if we ordered a phone today he could lock us into a better promo price, but when the phone came we didn’t get that same price. He also added additional lines without asking and clicked through the agreements. We had to contact customer service to have this removed, but we couldn’t get the initial fees off of our account and we are stuck paying for a phone when it was supposed to be free with trade in. I would go to a corporate store not this authorized reseller. Extremely disappointed."
"I was recently helped by Namon this past week which prompted me to write this review. Namon took good care of me getting me set up with my new phone. Not only are the vibes immaculate when he is running the store, but he really knows how to manage multiple customers at the same time efficiently. I had been waiting awhile and people kept coming through the door. He quickly addressed people’s concerns and found solutions to their problems and in turn ended up saving everyone in the store time. Could not recommend enough, customer service 10/10."
