"Up until now it has been pretty ok service, this gamestop is the closest one to my home. I have the warranty on my Xbox controllers because it's a good deal and it's convenient when the controller starts to drift or have issues. I have never had an issue exchanging my controller, if they don't have the exact one they usually find another one of the same value. I was told today that they didn't have my controller so i said thats fine, could i get a different one of the same value and the lady working said it's store policy that they cannot exchange it for a different one of the same value. I was surprised as no other employee has ever said this and I believe I have worked with the manager before as I exchange them about once a month for over a year now. She said she didn’t want to lose her job so i needed to go to a different location. If it is the policy, I don't blame this employee but I do blame the other employees for giving a false standard for the entire year and a half I have been doing this with my controllers. This controller doesn't work and the next location is 20 minutes from my home so it is very inconvenient. So to the store manager or owner, you really should either set a standard amongst all employees or just allow the exchange because it's the same value and same controller, just a different color. I've never had an issue, no resistance, no mention of like "Hey we can make an exception this time but we're not supposed to", nothing. So I had the false expectation that this was an easy process. What the he'll gamestop."

"I like GameStop because my kids love it but the workers that work inside of them are off. Very very rude. No customer service image or anything. He argued back a lot and showed he didn’t care. The worker name is Logan. He wears glasses. I did wanna reach out to the district manager about this situation before it’s too late. I can only imagine how he’s treating others. All I know is I was a customer at this location but I’m going across the street to target to get my children their gaming stuff from now on. This happened today Monday the 13th of November at approximately 1:15pm."

"Great place, trade in games and ending up getting Spider-Man 2 with my trade ins. The female worker I wish I remember her name was awesome and extremely helpful"

"The store has relocated slightly in that it is now a stand alone brick and mortar store within the same shared parking lot as Target instead of being in one of the strip mall storefronts next door. The new building is clean and well organized, being large enough to have a good amount of variety. The main reason I want to leave this review is due to the store manager at the location James. James is kind, attentive and has gone above and beyond to take care of me and my loved ones every time I’ve came to his location. His attitude, and his genuine desire to make sure his customers get what they want in need set his store apart. He also has a deep knowledge of the products he works with and has a passion for them which is tangible when you speak with him. I have worked in client service for years, and I can say that individuals like James are what define making a customer’s day and set the standard for what every interaction should look like. Great work James! Keep it up!"

"Drove all the way here prior to calling not to long before DRIVING just to see the employee in a burgundy(could go more into details but rather not) car drive away as I sat in my car watching and calling before the employee left the building. Not only that but they didn't even have the decency to pick up the phone and say it was break time or whatever. Instead they let it ring and after two times of calling,they left it off the hook... I get that people don't want to work or do the bare minimum but come on man....."
