I was looking for a specific tile I’d seen on line and she knew exactly what tile it was, who made it, and was able to order it for me. She said it would be in on a certain date and called that day to say it arrived. She maintains a professional and cheerful attitude."
"Tile selection is decent, but the customer service was nothing short of underwhelming. I came in with a diagram and specific measurements of my project, rounded up to the nearest inch. I ordered my tile nearly four weeks in advance, advising staff that I needed the tile on hand by Feb 15. I was assured I would certainly have the tile by then. A week after ordering, I was advised that part of my order was on back order until the end of March. Consequently, I modified my order and was advised once again that my tile would still be on hand by Feb 15. After several delays, along with a significant lack of communication, I finally got all of the materials I needed for my project on March 16. My project looks great, but the headache and delays that were included were definitely not worth it. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for tile."
