"Just went in to see if a product that I had bought from true valve was accepted at Ace. But the associate told me it was not. So she was helpful and I thanked her."
"Greg the manager is great. I had a fairly complicated window screen order including screen replacement and frame rebuilds. The order did get messed up but he ensured it got corrected and even absorbed the cost of what should have been a greater charge to me due to the mistakes. He was timely in communication and made sure at the end of the day I got what I needed. I would not hesitate to use this ACE again for needs even though there’s another one closer to my house (the other ACE actually told me they don’t do screens after I walked in even though I called ahead and was told on the phone they do). Thanks Greg!"
"Good store not too bad that Christian guy needs to be fired though everyone has great service and the managers are all very helpful this guy is something else though the easiest way to describe him is just rude and disrespectful."
"Great place to shop. The only thing I don't like about downtown Farmington is too congested, not enough parking places and inconsiderate drivers on the road and that small tight area."
