"Don't like being followed through store. I do retail loss prevention and dont steal. There is nothing in this poo dunk dollar store worth stealing nor would I . Gave one star only because had too. Was looking for a cleaning spray bottle. I go here to buy stuff. Why in the hell would I steal. The employees here are rude and should be fired...Then manager she is no better"

"Have changed the store around. Don't have what I'm usually looking for like they used to. Not sure if its ordering errors or lack of inventory. I do get my kids clothes from here, they grow quickly and stuff is inexpensive. Short, pj's, and shoes for the summer."

"Love this place. Decent prices, decent customer service and they usually have whatever I'm looking for. Update: I still shop here several times a week and have never had a problem until the other morning. I went in about 9 am looking for craft (popsicle) sticks, for my son. He was doing a project at school and needed them right then. So, I was going to grab them and run them up to the school. Well, when I walked in and older woman was sitting on a step stool behind the counter. She was reading some papers and never looked up. Not even when I asked her where the craft sticks would be. She just kept looking at her papers and said "we don't carry those". I asked her if she was sure because my other son bought some recently. Nope she says, we've never carried them. I walked back to the craft section and there they were. Took me all of 2 seconds to find. I took them to the counter and said "I guess it's a good thing I decided to look", she was still sitting. oh well, I don't know every product that's in the store she says. Then she gets up and rings me up. I told her that I wasn't pleased with her customer service and that she should go look if she isn't sure of something rather than just say they don't carry something. I explained that people come in there because they need things. She became very rude and began waving her arms and shouting at me. She was going on about how I had no idea what I was talking about and how it's impossible to keep track of everything in the store. I told her that's why you should go look, rather than sit on a stool looking at papers. She shouted some more and I told her that I wasn't going to continue this argument and that I would just contact the manager. She said HA! I AM THE MANAGER!!! She was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional! She was shouting and mocking me and I just couldn't believe it. She was very clearly angry at me because I just didn't take her word for it and walk out of the store and go someplace else. I contacted corporate and I will never ever shop there again, while she's working. I love family Dollar and out of all the employees I've seen come and go... All of them were pleasant and professional. This woman needs a serious repremand and should not be a manager. I still give them 4 stars and would reccomend the store."
