I asked an employee to test it out on a similar key and it didn’t work, so multiple employees helped me try out different solutions to reach the key. Ended up buying a coiled grabber tool at the suggestion of a manager which worked perfectly on the first try. I really appreciated the employees’ attention and help. I was so stressed!!"
