"I had them resurface my tub just before Covid hit. I followed every instruction he gave me. In less than 9 months I had two spots that it looked like bubbles broke in it. I have called, with someone sitting next to me several times. I email via website. The woman who answered the phone blew me off during Covid, not nicely, understood that. But two more calls and she was really nasty, told me that this year we are not doing tubs, demanding I tell he what I’m cleaning it with, as told scrubbing bubbles, no mats, nothing dropped. She told me she has a sticky note on her computer and will be in touch. It is now 2023. Not a peep! Stay away from this company! The guy who does the work is so nice, but the woman, I think maybe wife. Will never fix anything that isn’t done correctly. I still have the email screenshot and my witness that heard our conversation. Beware!"
