"Needed a trailer rental same day, KEO and Eric had exactly what we needed. He even found a different trailer that worked better for us. Day rate 11-2023 was $100. WAY CHEAPER than anyone in Kalkaska, or Traverse City! Will recommend to anyone needing a trailer or anything else these guys rent. Trailer was brand new and even a tilt bed!!!"

"Wood was to green last year and would hardly burn. 81 chunks of wood approximately at $100 is around $1.25 each... no breaks on price if you pick up yourself ether. So you should have it delivered if you deal with them. Don't like them and will not buy from them again."

"Called for 5 cords of firewood about 2 wks ago. I asked if it was seasoned and was told that it was. This wood will NOT burn and definitely not seasoned. All it does is smolder. It’s wet and rotted. I called and to the man who delivered it and he said that he would have to speak with the owner and that he would call me back. Needless to say, I never received a call back. I paid $510 for this wood that I cannot even use now. Extremely disappointed to say the least. I don’t know how you could even sleep at night knowing that you are taking advantage of people. Obviously you have no conscience or respect for others! *UPDATE* I received a msg to call the owner Kent. I called and spoke with him and he was very apologetic. In speaking with him we were able to work out a solution to the problem. I greatly appreciated him taking the time to personally speak with me and for truly standing behind your product!!"
