"What a great experience! We have a home in northern Michigan 200 miles from our main residence down state. We wanted to have our counter tops replaced with granite. My wife and I weren’t sure how we would be able to arrange this since we both work during the week and only have the weekends to go up north. We knew this would involve selecting the granite have the old counters removed, measuring for the replacement granite tops then the installation of the new granite. I called Twin Bay Stoneworks and got the most pleasant and knowledgeable person Sarah!!! She explained they could help me with handling the whole process without the need to meet with them in person. Through phone calls and emails she helped us in every respect. She even made a recommendation on the granite choice that my wife and I would have never thought to chose and it was PERFECT. She sent picture and drawings of the sink because we weren’t sure what was the best choice. All we had to due was ask a neighbor to open up the house on the two days that they needed (measuring then installing) and the owner Travis and his helper were there as scheduled and did a beautiful job. Travis even called me while he was there to go over some options. I also had an occasion to speak to the other owner Chad during another call and again so pleasant and knowledgeable.
