"Dealer not honest. Son bought 2011 Ford focus, told they went over and runs great. Said their mechanic just repacked front bearings and good to go. Test drove, seemed loud but trusted them, some lights on dash they said they took care of them. Few weeks later front end not acting right, took to mechanic front bearings shot - they are sealed so no way they repacked them. Then airbag and abs lights go on, main computer bad, they just reset the computer. $1000 repair. Will never buy or recommend them to anyone. Very sad a local dealer would do that to a kid buying his first car."

"Mechanic is nice. Owner is arrogant and incompetent. Vehicles are way over priced but I paid full asking price in cash for a Trailblazer plus 300 dollars for a new fuel pump a month ago and after several times having the vehicle there to have the work done and then after paying an additional 140 dollars for a plate because they were "forced" to buy a 2 year plate I FINALLY got the plate and fuel pump in this afternoon. These people couldn't give me a car at this point. I'm so happy that my car buying experience at this place is over and I won't ever return."

"Be very cautious here if you aren't car savvy. The car I purchased at a somewhat reasonable price of $4,100 taxed and titled, had a broken mirror, tail lamp: No big deal. I also figured It needed an oil change, filters, and some minor brake work. However, In addition, two the tires were dangerously damaged from being driven while flat (I attributed the shaky ride to wheel balance until one of them started to split along sidewall) the motor mounts are bad and the valve cover gasket is leaking oil. They did offer me a discounted labor rate of $60 an hour and offered to help me find parts. To sum it up: Very nice people, very bad car(s)?"

"Worst experience I have ever had. Will not be coming back nor recommend this place. Not even five months later and I am sinking money into my car that I purchased from here... They claimed there wasn't anything wrong with the car. Come to find out there are over $1500 worth of things.. I haven't been given an estimate on the rest that needs to be fixed. Came here after totaling my car, they made me think I could trust them. Now finding out how horrible the service is here. They were not aware of the issues on my vehicle.. Then clearly they sell cars that they do not inspect or know anything about. I will not be returning!"
