"I recently made a few trips to Best Buy for a new gaming headset. Staff was helpful, ordering was easy, canceling the order was easy, return/exchange was easy. In the end, I changed my mind a few times, but last headset I tried did the trick. I am neurodivergent and I appreciate seeing other NDs employed by Best Buy. It always makes me happy to speak to another ND. Additionally, the holiday ad set looked beautiful. It was a great experience, and I have changed my opinion on Best Buy. Plus, this location has a table top game store and a mega media exchange right next door! It's nerd heaven."

"We were very happy with our in store experience. Someone helped us pick out a TV and was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were out of stock so he ordered it for me to be delivered on a certain date. We completely rearranged our schedules to be home for this TV and they never showed up to deliver it. I called and it looks like they cancelled it on their end without ever telling us and told us we had to reschedule delivery (which they didn’t have any more available for another few days). I sat on hold for hours trying to get someone who spoke good English to actually talk to me about the problem and was hung up on twice! It was terrible customer service. I am so incredibly disappointed. We will not be purchasing from Best Buy in the future."

"Luis is an expert computer guy; I needed a new CPU for my office and was in a hurry to get home to catch the Bucks vs Cavaliers game, and he knew immediately what I needed and didn't try to upset me (too badly) on the added protection product. It was really nice to deal with an intelligent person to make the end of year tech purchase; the connection was at least as valuable as the actual computer purchased. Brick and mortar will always survive provided the personnel are as approachable and helpful as Luis was."

"Terrible service. Got lied to by 3 different team members about what the warranty and extra protection covered on my new tv. This a week after I got lied to about the mounting service that also should have been included. Called Best buy corporate, got jerked around even more. I will never shop at best buy again, if you are looking for electronics, go to Costco or somewhere actually reputable."
