We were able to take samples home with no pressure and received two quotes on carpet (installed cost, and cost if just purchased carpet). I believe we initially worked with Nicole Farias. We were excited when we decided which carpet we wanted and returned to place our order. We were shocked to learn our price had jumped dramatically from the price we were initially given (all measurements were the same).
