The old gas water heater in the crawl space under my house was a “short” model that is not made any more. Since we had a height restriction issue, John explained the alternative for use of a tankless instant gas water heater, which is what we proceeded with. He quickly explained the costs and advantages. New water heater was installed and working by the end of the day. I suspect this little company gets a lot of their business because of their very quick response to people’s problems.
