Fast Break EZ Mart 4946 Garfield Road, Kingsley, MI 49649

"January 20, 2024 (Please read to the end) On a cold winter’s evening in a minivan that had started having engine trouble, my youngest son and I pulled into the Fast Break EZ Mart in Kingsley MI and backed into an out of the way, corner, parking space. My husband was on his way up from Mount Pleasant (where we live), to help me limp our van back down the road to home but until he got there we needed a safe place to wait. The parking lot was very well lit, the restrooms were really clean, the store smelled like amazing pizza seasoning, and the candy selection was to my 8 year old son’s liking! There was also OTC medicine available that I purchased for my pounding headache! The amenities of this EZ Mart were more than generous and plentiful to weary travelers. The store was warm, clean, and tidy, but the very best and brightest light on this dark and stressful evening was the kind, young, clerk, who’s pleasant and compassionate smile warmed our hearts on this below freezing night when we approached the counter to pay for our selections (three times)! He offered for us to come inside to warm up while we waited for my husband, he offered me a pair pliers when I went to tinker on my van (such kind manners!) He was genuine and sincere! This professional is a credit to his business, to his community, as well as humanity as a whole! My husband didn’t reach the gas station until closing time. All the while this gentlemen of an attendant had been glancing over at my son and I in our van to make sure we were fine without making a scene. Watching over us to be sure we were safe. He was very discrete and considerate! Before we left I caught his name: C.J. . Well, C.J., I thank you with my entire heart as a mother and a fellow human for being such generous soul and a down right Angel to my family and I this past Friday night! You are the best definition of customer service! You went above and beyond than what is expected! You really don’t find that sort of humanity out on the road anymore - what a gem! You truly did warm our hearts! I’ve been traveling that route from MP to TC and back, twice a month, for almost 10 years now and I haven’t ever broken down before. From now on I’ll only be using your station for all of our fill up needs as long as people like you are working there! Thanks for being a light in the dark and the warmth in the cold. "Workers are very rude!!! No customer service at all! Never been greeted or told to have a good day. When my transaction is over they just rudely walk away or look away, just leaves me standing there wondering if my credit card went through. Need to hire up beat and polite people."

"Easy to get in and out, large campers might have problems. Good selection of snacks but bathrooms are in need of cleaning."

"Called and ordered a two topping pizza for my daughter's field trip 25 minutes before I needed to pick it up. I got there and received a very confused look when asked to pick up pizza and was told hadn't even been started yet.... I was 20 min late as had to find an alternative lunch."
