"I went here to buy a stone step that cost like $400. They keep all of there steps stacked on pallets. And I wanted a step that was further down on the pallet because all steps when buying stone are shaped differently and that was the only one I liked. They refused to sell it to me because they didn’t want to bother with moving a few steps off the top to get to it, even though like I said it was $400 dollars. This was too much of an inconvenience for them. I’ve honestly never experienced a situation like this and was simply shocked that they could care less and that moving a couple steps with machinery was asking to much. I would avoid this place. So glad I took my business elsewhere."

"They referred a landscape company to me to do some retaining wall work. The landscape company Rolling Acres Farm & Landscaping left me with two piles of boulders in my driveway. The little work they did do, was horrible. Now have to pay someone to undo their bad work. And finish the work we wanted done originally. When I contacted Northern Pines Greenery about the situation, and about the company that they suggested, they didn't really care. Be careful if you are looking for referrals from Northern Pines. They evidently don't check out these companies and will refer just about anyone. But, definitely do not use Rolling Acres Farm & Landscaping."

"I must say, this place is unreal! The selection that that have is outstanding. I walked into the store, very clean I might say and and could not believe the size. I was searching for a snow blower and they had 4 major brands to chose from. I was at a local hardware store but they would not do the service and any service work would be provided by Northern Pines Greenery I was told. At that moment I wanted to see the selection they had to offer. I drove over there and like I said was impressed. Out of the four brands they had I walked out with a great 3- stage cub cadet. They prepped it, I only have used it one time, due to little snowfall. I told my neighbor and he now has purchased a snow blower from them as well. I usually dont right reviews but this store was top notch. I will be back for a tractor in the spring , you have my word. (5 stars)"

"Bought a snowblower and paid full price. The delivery guy brought a refurbished one and tried to pass it off as new. Not trusting them any more i called the manufacturer and learned that the second one they brought is two years old. When i tried to return it they refused. Save your money and frustration. It doesn't pay to try supporting a local shop if they treat you like this."

"I called about an Ariens snowblower. They said they were out. A little while later I got a call asking if I was the one who called about an Ariens. I said yes. They told me they found 2 more in the back and wanted me to know they weren't out of them after all. That was the start of the great care I was given when I eventually bought one of the ones they found. The 2 ladies there were great to deal with and seemed very knowledgeable about the different brands they had on hand. Nicely run family owned business from my experience. I look forward to buying more from them in the future. They have a huge selection of yard machines and the showroom was well laid out for viewing their inventory. A great place to find quality products and get great customer service."
