"Didn’t fix the car, ended up putting a different battery inside of the vehicle. In hopes that we wouldn’t notice. So the car was a running car to now won’t start! Then gets upset that we found out. Ridiculous! Told them we had proof and they didn’t deny it!!! Even worse! Would not recommend. They may try to make your vehicle worse!"

"Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are overpriced only for a 50% completion rate. I took my car in for ABS issue, door handle replacement, and a belt squeal. Well the ABS issue has to go to the dealer so can’t really say much there. The door handle cost 150 bucks for a 20-30 part but hey at least it works. Now here’s where things go south and why I don’t trust them. The belt squeal was never fixed. The belt and tensioner cost 225. granted they offered to reschedule me but after hearing about them only offering some compensation back from people I decided it’s best not to go back there. After going there one time I finally understand why this place has 2 stars."

"NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. My car was brought in for an alignment, it was done wrong and wrecked both of my BRAND NEW front tires. The associates were not helpful and the owner offered me a 35$ refund. The cost for two new replacement tires due to their mistake will cost me around $450. Twin Cities claimed no responsibility and basically said 'oh well'."

"I am a strong supporter of local businesses and always try to shop local before heading elsewhere. Unfortunately, I will no longer do business with Twin Cities. I have experienced incredibly rude service every time I have stepped foot into this business. Ladies, beware of misogyny. The man at the front will not take you seriously and will speak to you as if you’re less than. Two large thumbs down."
