Reviews of All Seasons RV
"Excellent purchase, excellent dealership to work with!! Thank you very much! Ask for Mike Veldkamp, wonderful assistance throughout the process!! No pressure to buy and answered all of our questions!"
"In March of 2022 purchased a toy hauler, sales process was good, Andrew was great to work with. Problems started when things were different after the papers were signed than during our final walk through. Fast forward to end of June, prepping camper for first use. Discovered dead short in power wire from battery switch to power panel. Called and emailed dealership, no reply. Emailed manufacturer, they said contact the dealership. Unfortunately we are to a point where based on the total lack of response by the dealership to even contact me about my issue - I cannot recommend them. EDIT: 8/2/2022 After posting my review I received a call from the GM Michael. He was friendly, professional and listened to my complaints. He had me bring the camper in a few days later and go over with the service manager (Tim). Tim was also friendly and we went over each item on the list. They agreed to have the camper ready for 7/22. It wasn't, but we weren't able to pick it up on that date due to illness. A few days later I picked up the camper with most of the items completed, and a few that are to be completed later due to parts availability. So in person - they do a good job. It's the communication that takes initiative (mostly on behalf of the customer) to keep things moving along."
"*Update* They ordered the strainer and tire cover and it was sent to my house . Under belly liner kept popping out and they added a piece to keep it held in place. The lady on the repair side isn't very friendly. So, they did make everything right. Just took a long time to get there. Updated my star from1 to a 3. Great at helping you get the camper, No help when you leave the lot. Bought a brand new camper from Andrew. Camper style and price was great. I had 3 problems with my camper: Bent bathroom cupboard latch Tire cover was ripped on the bottom Missing dish strainer that fits inside the sink rim. I kept asking to have them fixed or replaced. I kept getting someone will call you and I even asked the Puma rep to help and he told me to just wait , they are busy. I even offered to bring in the 2 item to be replaced and I got the, someone will call you. 6 months later still no call I went to the store and spent 96 cents and replaced the latch. I got rid of the cover and I bought a strainer. I would not recommend this RV co. They don't seem to care, because RV sales are up. By the way they tried to short me a $1,000 dollars on my paperwork at the end of the sale. He was adding instead of subtracting my down payment, he talked down to me . He was with the other sales person and my sales person went to get him, he did a eyeroll when telling him I wanted to talk to him, he said he had explained it to me before and was annoyed. He stomped over to me and when I brought it up again in front of all the employees, he finally realize he had to refund me the $1,000."
"First contact with All Seasons was 3/9 about repair issues. So here we go, I enjoyed the sales process and everyone was very communicative. I have yet to receive the replacement door latch I was promised on day I picked the trailer up(AS OF 5/19 STILL NO LATCH). Also very very very very very unhappy with the service department. As our trailer end table literally feel off the next day and took me over a week just to talk with the service manager who was an very unprofessional and not understanding. He didn't follow up with any emails I sent and his solution to the issue was to staple it back together which was not up to my expectations for just buying a 30k trailer. I am unlikely to ever buy or recommend a trailer to purchase from here just based on the service manager professionalism. I believe this first issue could have been avoided if a pre-delivery inspection was performed a little more thoroughly. Update 4/21, Michael the General Manager spoke with me one the issues on 3/30. He stated they will do their best to fix the table issue. Stated I will be contacted by a service writer about replacing the table. I have yet to hear back from anyone at All Seasons RV on any updates. Also found 2 more items damaged on the trailer and still have yet to use it camping. I also contacted jayco with issues and dealer experience. UPDATE 5/19 ALL SEASONS have yet to get us in to address one single issue. In the first camping trip 1. Heater stopped working 2. Slideout case cracked 3. Air conditioning not blowing cold 4. End table fell off from wall(this happened second day of ownership) 5. Couch lower piece fell off when bringing slideout in 6. Exterior door won't shut 7. Black flush tank connector leaks 8. Dinette table screws came out leaving the table unusable and wall cracked 9. Gray tank says full after one wash of dishes 10. Freezer not cold at all and fridge keeps everything slightly lower temp then outside 11. Shower head leaks so bad it can't be used 12. Exterior door rod too short All this after FIRST CAMPING! Update 5/29, after some back and forth communication with Michael and Toena at All Seasons and with Jayco we were able to get the trailer into the shop. All Seasons really did a great job at making things right and addressing every item listed above quickly and professionally. I really want to thank Toena and Michael for making this bad experience up and getting our trailer better than new."
"Let me preface this by saying that we live 600 miles away from Muskegon, MI... We first learned about All Seasons RV via a web search for the trailer we wanted. Their pricing was much better than anywhere else, for the same RV, so we wanted to make sure they were a reputable business. We did some research, read reviews, and put in a request for more information from All Seasons RV. We got a call back the next day from Rob in the sales department. He was very friendly, answered several questions, and agreed to send us more information on custom ordering our RV just the way we wanted it. Over the next few weeks, Rob kept in touch with us, answering our questions, and when we were ready to buy, he walked us through the process of putting in our custom order. We put down a deposit, and placed the order, which we were told could take 5-10 weeks. Several weeks later, I reached out to Rob to see if he had heard anything about the timeline for delivery of our RV, as we would need to schedule time off from work to drive the 600 miles to come get it. That's when we found out Rob had gone elsewhere, and our sale was picked up by Missi. Missi was every bit as responsive as Rob, and assisted us with the completion of our purchase. Our RV came in within the 5-10 week timeframe we were given, and we worked with Missi to get the sales contract, copy of title, etc etc etc that our Credit Union needed to complete our loan. We arrived at the dealership on a Friday morning, met Missi, and she took us to Adam in the service department. Adam did a full walk-through of our RV with us. He was very friendly and professional, and gave us lots of tips and tricks. He also told us a bit about some of the warranties offered. This was the first we had heard about these programs, which he highly suggested. After our walk-through, Adam took us to Hunter in the finance/business office. Again, very friendly and professional. When we got to the warranty discussion, we were surprised about how expensive these warranties are. This was the one SNAFU in the whole interaction we had with All Seasons RV. Apparently, we were supposed to have received a congratulatory email when we put down our deposit and signed the sales agreement, and in that email, we were supposed to receive lots of information about the warranties that were available, and how much they cost, so that we could consider financing the cost into our loan and/or be prepared for the sticker shock of this cost. Apparently this email got forgotten in the transfer of multiple sales contracts from Rob to other sales staff. Hunter was very apologetic that we hadn't received this information, and offered us a couple of options. He even stepped out of the office and allowed us to discuss things alone, and came back after we had made our decision. I won't lie, it was tense in that office for a bit, but Hunter handled it professionally. We completed our paperwork, and then went back to Adam, who had us all ready to go, after installing a couple items we added on. He also showed us how to connect/disconnect/operate our new hitch. Missi and Adam congratulated us on our purchase, shook our hands, and Adam guided us out with our new RV. Overall, I was very pleased with All Seasons RV. If it weren't for the SNAFU about the warranties, this would be a 5-star rating. Side note: Ask questions. Lots of 'em. The staff we dealt with here were very patient in answering all of our questions. I only wish I had thought to ask ahead of time about the warranties and warranty pricing."
