Floor to Ceiling Store - Hayward

"Jill was awesome to work with. We now have bubbles in two (now three) different spots we discussed. The service side of the business hasn't been the greatest at all. Had the manager and a sub come out almost 5 months ago, sub said he'd call me back soon (5 months soon enough?) to come and fix it. Not to mention, I've been trying to get anyone to show face, or even care about their service, for over a year and a half since new installation was done. The carpet sub did a poor job and even the manager said the same thing. Again, Jill was awesome. Everything else has been absolutely garbage."
