"I would just like to keep it short and sweet. The assistant manager at this time is a hurtful and inconsiderate person. I was recently just in their store and she had said some quite inappropriate and negative words to me. When I was just trying to ask a question and continue on my way. I loved this store for their coffee and employees. Now, I feel differently. I’d just like to say, you don’t know what’s happening in peoples everyday lives. So be empathetic."
