"Over the last 2 days, Veronica was fantastic!!! I came in to purchase a pair of gloves for my mom for Christmas. there was a bit of confusion on the sale that was going on, but she took care of me with a smile on her face. after leaving the store, i had to work at 3 and when getting out of my car, i noticed my ring was missing after taking it off to try the pair of gloves on my hands. the ring is very important to me, so i immediately called the store and luckily enough Veronica answered. i explained the situation and she immediately found the ring still sitting on the shelf and said she would hold it for me until i could come back in. i went back the next day and after walking in, she knew exactly who i was and said "you had the ring right?" still with a smile on her face, she went and got the ring for me and wished me a Merry Christmas. Its people like Veronica that just make your day and know that there are still bright and cheery people in the workplace! :)"

"This is a nice little gift store. I always enjoy the Hallmark shops. I admit that they can be a bit pricey, but I usually find something either for myself or a gift. This location always has friendly staff that go above and beyond to help. I was trying to buy an ornament for a gift and there was none on the shelf. The lady working quickly volunteered to check the back room and if they didn't have one she'd call a few other locations. I lucked out and they had the ornament so my shopping was complete :) I also like the fact that they have a nice selection in their clearance area, and they always have new product to display on the shelves. Each time I go in there is something new."
