"Purchased a Kubota tractor with backhoe. Paid full price and picked it up. They said it was ready to go to work. But there was factory paint plugging some of the grease zerks. When Ginop greased the backhoe, the grease did not make it into the pins. Anybody that has greased a piece of equipment knows when the grease is not going where it should be going. Visually, it appeared as though there was grease because of the grease on the zerk, so I assumed all was good, until the pins started freezing up and the bolts holding them in broke and went flying like projectiles. Closer inspection showed that there was no grease on the pins. Pulled the zerks and burned off the paint and got grease all the way to the pin. Put in new bolts and now ready to go. Do not depend on your equipment being ready to go; check things out in detail before putting it to work."
