"Went out of their way to fix my sled on the drop of a dime to save my trip to the UP. From drop off to pickup was 5 hours. Tore machine completely apart to find 2 stator wires that rubbed together and wouldn't allow it to fire. It wasn't cheap, but I'm super happy they were there for me. $105.00 a hour incase your curious."

"Rented a renegade from these guys and had a terrible experience. The secondary belt adjuster was broken and caused the belt to slip. When I called, they told me it was my fault and the sled was brand new (it wasn’t, 850 miles on the clock). On the phone they agreed to credit me the cost of a new belt that I purchased, and to credit me a day of rental if I got it back when they opened on Saturday. When I got there in person they blamed me again and refused to honor any of their commitments. I took my new belt and left. Credit card dispute incoming."
