"This used to be a great place, but not anymore. I have talked with many other boaters and they are leaving because they over charge and cancel on you at the last minute when you had a scheduled appointment. When my appointment was cancelled, I asked what I was going to do and she told me to go somewhere else (which I did). She had terrible customer service. I hope that new location goes well, but with how they treat people, I don't know that they will be too busy."

"Their service has just gone down the hill over the years. This past year I had set up an appointment to have my boat taken out - and they cancelled due to scheduling issues. I told them I specifically took time out to do this, and the woman told me I was out of luck and to go somewhere else. I did find another option and will never go back. It isn't due to the scheduling issues but how they handle customer service. The woman on the phone was beyond rude. I have talked to others who had a similar situation this past year."

"We were vacationing in Sister Bay and ran into dreaded boat issues of our Chaparral inboard/outboard motor not being reliable. Needless to say it is a very frustrating situation being away from home with your boat in need of servicing. I spoke to Peter Kordon and he said they had an opening to look at it.
