"What a joke of a business St George Glass is! If I could give them 0 stars I would. In August of 2023, I called them to see if they would be willing to come give me a quote for multiple windows and screens in our 3 seasons room and some screens in the house. Two guys showed up to do the measurements (I overlooked the guy that seemed to be having alcohol withdrawals and puking in my driveway, as they said he had food poisoning- and I just figured everyone has a bad day). After the one guy finished because the other was useless, he said I would have a quote in my email in 1-2 weeks. When I called 3 weeks later, they had informed me the guy who came is no longer with them and they would have to see if they could find my paperwork so they could provide the quote. I informed them 2 guys had come that day so unless both didn’t work there anymore, one of them should know where to find my paperwork. They said they would call back once they found it and did not, I called a couple days later and they said yes they have found it and were working on the quote to expect it in my email that day. Needless to say the day passed and no quote. I had told them from the start that I really needed these windows fixed before snowfall as we didn’t want snow to get inside and ruin the flooring. I should have gotten the hint at this point and not even attempted to continue trying to do business with them, but still with no quote I agreed to take the 3 windows that were top priority to them instead of St George coming here like originally planned, because Michelle assured me this way it would be done in 2 weeks and if I waited for them to come here it would take 4-6. Without a quote still in mid October we dropped 3 windows off to be replaced, she then provided me with the quote I was supposed to get in August as well as the quote for the 3 windows we dropped off that day. She said they would be ready in 2 weeks. I bet by this point you could guess that 2 weeks came and went and no call. So on November 20th I called asking if they were finished because it had been a month. The receptionist couldn’t even find me in the system and asked if I was sure it was under my name!!! So I was then told she’d look into it and call me back. I received a call back that they found them and still weren’t done but scheduled to be done on November 30th. I waited one week and one day after November 30th until I called searching for out completed windows. Guess what? STILL NOT FINISHED. I at this point have absolutely had it and said they either needed to get them done and provide me with some sort of discount or I would come pick up the unfinished windows and take my business to someone who wanted it. Well Michelle had to look into it and call me back. I received a call Monday morning from Michele saying my windows would be dropped off to me this morning, however they put plexiglass in them for now because the tempered glass had not come in yet and that was “at no extra charge” I said so what you mean to tell me is someone forgot to order the glass and now I’m pissed and this is your solution and she said well uh yeah, but at no extra charge to you and when the glass comes in we will send someone there to install it for you at no extra charge to you! (Well gee thanks for not charging me for something I didn’t ask for and have been trying to get done since August. Anyway, the windows were indeed dropped off on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I attempted to put the windows in this morning and they did not even repair them full as the last on one is still broken and won’t slide for me to be able to get it into the frame. And the other two have this wonderful brown paper stuck to them that will not come off. I called Michelle this morning and told her to just forget it and cancel everything, we will take our business to someone who takes it seriously and appreciates it. I did not read reviews prior to choosing them and I wish I would have. Do not waste your time with this sorry excuse of a business!!!"

"This place probably does really nice work. On a personal and ethics level though I cannot support a business who’s driver tailgated me from Ishpeming to Republic during busy traffic hours."

"Great company to work with! St. George Glass worked with us to replace several windows and sliding doors in our vacation property. They were responsive, flexible and worked on every detail to ensure a great finished product. The Marvin windows and doors they installed are extremely nice and their installation team did an excellent job. As with everything we had to wait about 12 weeks to get our custom order built from Marvin and shipped to St. George Glass for installation. We had a tight schedule with limited openings to install the new product. Michelle was great to work with. She was able to juggle their schedule and meet timelines and expectations. We have a few more windows to be replaced that they will be measuring up soon. It was great to find a company that followed through and provided the excellent level of service they did. Highly recommended for your next project."

"In spite of reading all of the bad reviews about this place I went ahead and reached out to them about a quote for a shower door installation. The lady that answered the phone got the specs and location and said she would be contacting us, most likely later that day with a quote...that has been two months ago and we have not heard a single word from them. Therefore, we recommend that you believe all of the previous negative reviews because, what has been said about this business by others, we found out to be true, experiencing it personally ourselves."
