"Caitlyn is a freakin rockstar! After spending hours on the phone with Verizon trying to get a phone activated and getting no where I was able to walk right in, and she solved everything! Can’t thank her enough, dealing with chums corner Verizon is like what you wish would happen when you called Verizon (actually getting real help from someone who listens). I will not go anywhere else for service in the future"

"Poorest Customer service experience ever. They don’t listen well. They don’t help you. They only care about selling and over-selling to you. They will sign you up for expensive services you never needed. Then, they will take 90 minutes to set you up. Once the purchase is completed, any question you have will be answered with, “We can’t do anything about that.” Do yourself a favor and never step foot in this store."

"I have been dealing with this location for years but no longer. Very disappointed in this store. Unfortunately I was talked into a new phone so I gave up my LG, big mistake on my part. I feel I was told half truths on the new phone I purchased,regarding the plan. Telling me I could save money on my existing monthly bill, when actually the bill increased. I also updated my home phone since the existing one was becoming obsolete. I was never told I had to pay for that equipment above the monthly charge. You have no choice when they make the equipment obsolete after a certain date. This used to be a great store tovdeal with, but employees have changed. Will go elsewhere next time."

"Wife was needing an upgrade to her iPhone. Noah Braun made the transition very easy for her. He took the time to explain all the new features and made sure she was completely satisfied. He reviewed our account and was able to save us some money on our plan by making some changes. Very pleased with this level of service. We were not from the area but he made us feel very comfortable."

"Purchased a phone the beginning of the week and received a call Friday that it was ready to be picked up /setup .Arrived at the store ,but they were temporarily closed which was not an inconvenience to me, but would be for others . Noah was great, and recognized me from when I first came in to order the phone which was great did the routine liquid glass application and got the smart switch rolling to transfer my stuff to the new phone . Overall a have not had a bad experience upgrading and the customer service is top notch. People need to understand everyone is human and we all make mistakes and with a little patience everything will workout. Thanks again!"
