"I hired Roger to install a rear spoiler (with 3rd brake light) for my Lexus. Roger was priced higher than all the other quotes I received, but he assured me that he has installed 100s of spoilers over 30 years. I specifically told Roger that I wanted the holes that needed to be drilled to be primed, painted and sealed. Roger assured me that this would be done. Not only did Roger NOT prime, paint and seal the holes he drilled, he: (1) Drilled holes in the wrong locations and left them open (no primer, paint or sealer) (2) Did not install a gromet for the 3rd brake light electrical connection (hole also not primed, painted or sealed) (3) put the spoiler on CROOKED! When I brought the crooked spoiler to Roger's attention, he responded say, "that's how OEM are... that's the best I can do." So, save yourself the wasted time, money and agony and find someone who does better work. Cavet Emptor."
