"No communications. The phone number alone will not go through to the business. I ordered a part from them and have not heard from them in five days. I paid $27 for express 2 day shipping that has not even been sent out yet. I have spent hours on hold with the parent company Ed Rinke Buick Chevrolet GMC waiting on assistance that never comes. I hope this helps others in their decision on parts they need and pay a rush on. Update: I’m now on day 7 and no communication from anyone except the administrator of their Facebook page.
