"Literally the worst service around, they require an appointment in order to even see a service writer. The appointment time is absolutely pointless because I was told it is just a service write up time. Dropped my car off at 730am specifically so I would not be without a vehicle the entire day or so I thought. It is now 2pm and they havent even began working on my car, I'm not sure if they think people have time to just sit around with no transportation the entire day and they do not bother notifying you of the amount of time they will have your car hostage. Ford is the absolute worst I have never experienced this anywhere else."
