"They don’t have many parts in stock and if they have a part that other aftermarket’s are out of stock for they take advantage and price gouge to the max. Up to 3x the normal cost. Saw a part listed on car-part for $80 and a week later it said call for price. When I called they wanted $250. Why? because their competitor quality sold out of them and they wanted to take advantage while they could. Not honest and fair practices."
"The person who was fixing up my car didn't open the shipment for a bit and when we discovered the damage and I tried to call to resolve the issue I started getting the bad customer service that the other person complained of also. They tried hiding the damage with the invoice paper before wrapping it up so it wasn't noticeable upon immediate arrival. Also, the clips that attach the bumper on both sides were broken upon arrival. The bumper has a strange cut on it that breaks through the entire plastic along with other scratches that were undisclosed. When ordering, i was told my part was undamaged and that is why I agreed to have it shipped to me. If my experience changes, I will update my review."
