"I can't eat dairy right now and have really been craving pizza. Hesitant to place an online order because I don't have much luck ordering out dairy free, I went for it. Jets called me shortly after to follow up on the severity of the allergy so they can make sure they got it right. Though not a severe allergy it's awesome they double checked!! "Sometimes delivery items come with no issues, but recently delivery times are eta at an hour and don’t come until an hour and fifteen minutes later. Anytime we order a drink, 8/10 times we get the wrong drink sent. This past time, the pizza was not warm when it arrived. I once received a pizza covered in tomatoes (not asked for) and was charged extra for them. Issues tend to be resolved in some shape or form, but continue to happen.
