Verizon

"I went into Verizon a few weeks ago to get a new phone when mine stopped working. The man helping tried to upsell me on everything and ended up screwing with multiple of my families shared subscriptions leading to them being removed. Why would a Verizon associate switch my Apple Music account from family to individual when I made clear that I share my subscriptions with my family. He also screwed with our Netflix account. I wanted to buy a phone and be done with it. I now have to deal with lingering subscription problems because Verizon is so money hungry."

"We have had such a great experience at this store, being foreigners people have not been helpful or patient with us but Nick at this store took the time to really help, we appreciate it immensely ❤️"

"I broke my phone while my wife and I were on vacation. They guys here did all they could to get me set up with a replacement. In total, they probably spent an hour and a half total with us while we got things figured out. Despite going there for a pretty bad reason, we left satisfied and with a smile."

"Went into Verizon today around 4:30 to see what deals they had going on as I wanted to switch from AT&T to Verizon. When talking to the sales associate, he told me they would be open on Black Friday until 8pm so that I could swing by with my boyfriend as he is the primary on the account and I couldn’t do anything without him there. We arrived at 7:10 seeing as he was out of work at 7. Walked up to the store and the doors were locked. We waited for about 10 minutes outside hoping someone would help us out seeing as we were told they were open til 8. Someone came up and yelled at us saying they were closed. I told him the sales associate had informed they were open til 8pm for Black Friday. He went to his manager, the manager also said they were closed until the man I spoke to earlier talked to them. We were let in the store, but didn’t receive much of an apology. At least I got a good deal on my 14 pro max. Next year, maybe inform your staff what your hours are so paying customers aren’t locked out in the cold. Salesman was kind and informative which kind of saved this experience."
