"To make all customers and potential future Russ Milne Customers aware of service department issues and unprofessionalism. Don’t be fooled. We have been customers here for over 6 years. I called over a week ago for same issue we’ve been having the last 2 years. Never received a call back from service advisor. Had to call again this week to schedule an appointment. We have an issue dating back to 9/2021, had same issue & repair in 9/2022, having same issue now (just 6 short months later) and now that the vehicle is “outside of mfg warranty” by 5 months they would like to charge us for this 3rd repair. Their justification behind the charge is…. “It’s outside of the original repair date of 2021”. Dealerships only provide 12 month/12k miles warranty for their services/parts but only for the very first repair/part/date. Doesn’t matter that we had a complete new part and labor job on this very same issue this past September and the September prior. They’re stating they can only offer warranty on parts and labor if it’s within the original repair dates (from the 1st repair). It’s a scam and now they would like cash from us. There’s not a company in the world that operates their warranty coverage this way… But Russ Milne does!"
