"This company and its product (remote car starter), imo, is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Wish I could have rated 0 stars. I RARELY do reviews, so for me to spend my time doing this can tell you how bad these guys are. They install the starter, not even a full year goes by and the starter stops working. It took 5-6 phone calls and we even took the car there when we finally were able to schedule an appointment, with them telling us to come back another day because it was wrongfully scheduled as an install, not a repair. The techs are either extremely ignorant or malicious when they tell their customers theres a warranty, until it needs repair then they claim a warranty was never issued. Pay the extra money to go somewhere that puts pride in their work, not does a half baked job after taking almost $500 from you. Look at the owner’s arrogant reply to this review, he doesn’t care one bit about his terrible service. The guy is even trying to charge for a repair on the install that they improperly did, these guys are jokes."
