"Ditto all the negative reviews: over-priced oil change, fast and sloppy. Rude employees as well. When I asked about turning the oil change sensor off, I was told to take it to the dealership. They don't have to worry about my dumb question again, though, because I won't return. Googled how to turn sensor off and did so in one minute!"

"This place is not women friendly. I sent my young sister up there to get a oil change. They tried to convince her that her transfer case needs to be serviced and her differential was bad. Mind you it's a 2020 and there's nothing wrong with it. Took it to the dealership and they said whoever told you this was trying to scam you out of money. The truck is completely fine. And that's from a DEALERSHIP. WOMEN AVOID THIS SHOP!!!"

"If you use this business, be aware that I have been there twice: the first time when first opened and two days ago. The first time the so-called manager spilled oil all over my engine. It looked like an accident. I cleaned it up before parking in my driveway. The second time I almost think he ( manager) did it on purpose. I had to bring it back twice for them to clean it up. It’s still dripping oil. I put a piece of plastic under vehicle to prevent it from making my driveway look like gas station. I will never go back there again. The people that think this is a great place probably don’t care about oil In their driveway."

"I went there today I pulled in I spoke with a younger gentleman & said I was turning in the car today & I just needed a simple nothing over the top oil change automatically he said 82.00 like doesn’t mention what I get for that & it took less then 5 minutes & they were done I know they didn’t check anything just took my money & sent me on my way like who even knows what they did or didn’t do for 82.26. As I was driving away I truly felt as if I got robbed because I have had plenty of oil changes & never did it only take 5 mins & 82.26 most the time there’s someone on the bottom & one on the top & they do checks even your blinkers stuff like that nothing just took my money & sent me away like wow. I will never return because first of all I had the dealership due it for 50.00 & only reason I didn’t go there was because I had to be at work so I didn’t have time plus I’m from the area & I pass by this Establishment many times I figured I’ll try them out gosh very disappointed & I don’t recommend this place at all. And if I’m not convincing enough read the rest of the reviews."

"Great little shop in Grosse Pointe, services above the rest! I showed up and got an oil change and was in and out in 20 minutes. I will return and recommend you check them out! I live in Grosse Pointe Woods and this place is very convenient."
