"Advisor was polite, else this would be a 1 star. Complete money grab, they will push ALL the possible service items on you without even looking at the state of the vehicle. Yesterday was the worst: 45K service for Chevy Cruze 2018. They forgot to change my brake rear rotors, did not reset the oil life, took the whole day to service the vehicle. I will have to go to another shop to ensure that they actually changed the transmission oil and flushed the cooling system. Will never go back."

"This place is the absolute worst. After having my vehicle for almost 4 months I go picked it up and it will not start do to having no gas. Missing lug nuts on the tires. No call back from home boy Marshall that told me next Friday for 2 months. One last says one thing one says another. Take my Jeep to get an oil change after having it back for 3 weeks and it needs way more work per the dealership we visited. Worst experience I’ve ever had rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered"
