"Warning: I brought my car to this Valvoline for a full synthetic oil change- instead they used the wrong size tool and stripped my oil drain plug. I spent months taking my car to other places trying to get the drain plug out but after trying everything else and failing, I had to bring it to the dealership to get a new oil pan over a thousand dollars. The management was aware that this happened, they reviewed the cameras and acknowledged that was exactly what happened, but never made up for it."

"Went this location on November 19, 2023. I wanted to have my 2012 Mini Countryman serviced. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. The great part the line was not long. The bad part I left with nothing. They did not have the part necessary to do a tire rotation and also did not have the oil filter needed for my vehicle. Very disappointing to say the least. I would recommend calling before you go."

"I won’t be coming back here they overtightened my oil filter and broke the cap all of my oil leaked out I had to replace the cap and rubber part inside of it because of it and when I go back and tell what happened management is rude and act like they don’t care it’s as if this happens all the time and they are slow I would not recommend going there unless you want a headache and possible engine problem if you don’t notice the oil leak"
