"Peter in the service center has horrible customer service skills. His communication is horrible, he’s very rude. Spoke to me as if I am stupid. Repeatedly told me my warranty was expired and I knew it wasn’t. Plus we had extended warranty as well. He wouldn’t listen to me, whenever I would ask a question, he would roll his eyes at me. It was very discouraging to speak to someone who doesn’t care that your car has a problem. He told me I’d need to pay a $500 authorization for them to look at the car and that the extended warranty might not pay for all of that. Took the Car to Crestview Cadillac, they told me that there’s still factory warranty on the car plus the extended warranty as well. They looked at it and took care of the problem FREE OF CHARGE. As it should have been at any Cadillac service center. What a shame of my WASTED time at Friendly Cadillac. Bought many cars from this place and used car lot next door as well, also sent many friends to purchase there too, will not be returning. Thank you!!"
