"Too many times taking my van in for repair only to have something different wrong afterwards. This LAST time, took in because my tail pipe fell off (they put this muffler on two years ago). Got a new muffler and flex pipe (they suggested I need flex pipe even though it was not making noise since my husband patched their last job from 2016). After the repairs, van sounded fine for two days and then became louder than before the tail pipe fell off AND with a new rattle. Took it back and now they are saying I need a new Y pipe “patched it but if the patch fails, you need a Y pipe and gasket” and want more money. Patch lasted one day now very loud. They replaced all front end exhaust in 2016 as well. Was happy with sk for many years but do not trust their service anymore."

"Had a resonator replaced on my car today. The owner was very kind and pleasant and the work was done in a timely fashion. The place is clean and organized. I think I found a reputable place to take my car. I will return. My tires were rotated also."

"I’d put zero if I could. I took my van in to have the exhaust replaced in march 2023. The exhaust had a small hole and was starting to get loud. They replaced the exhaust, clamped instead of welded the pipes. I took the van home and immediately heard a metal rattling sound. I took the van back and they put it up on a hoist to find out what the sound was, they thought it was a heat shield. They put a guy in the van and hoisted him up and he started the van and put it in drive. Within seconds the sound started and they brought me out to hear it. The tech told me it’s a defective exhaust and they would have to fix it. He mumbled something about the owner not being happy about it but still told me to bring it back at 8am Saturday morning. I brought it back and was called at noon that day to pick it up. The following week the sound happened again! I brought the van back and this time spoke with the owner. I told him what the previous person told me. He called me back and told me it was the heat shield. I picked up the van and we went to Florida for vacation. While in Florida sitting at a stop light, the sound came back, I was furious. I called the owner from Florida and he sounded like he could care less. When we got home I was vacuuming the back of the van and noticed something sticking up through the carpet. It was a screw that the owner had put through the heat shield and into the cabin of the van!!!! Photo attached!!!! The service at the St Clair Shores location is horrible. I never had a problem there until this situation and they have only gave me the run around. Spend your money elsewhere"

"The best experience I have ever had with a car repair shop. Hole in manifold conv pipe I thought it would be plugged and was surprised and thrilled when unit was replaced and cost was under 265.00 out the door. Brakes are next then tires.
