"If I could give 0 stars I would the customer service is terrible. They called to tell me my car was ready for pickup then the next day, when I was on the way they called back to say it had been stolen off of their lot that has no cameras? They offered no explanation about how or when, offered no solution no apologies for their negligence nothing. After starting a screaming match with me the customer, they threatened to call the police and when I agreed that they should they weirdly seemed to want to back out. Not sure what’s going on with this place but I would never go back or even send my worst enemy here."

"Don’t EVER take your car here! My car was towed to them on Tuesday 11/28 for some warranty work. I got a call today 11/30 at 10am saying my car was ready for pickup. I was working so I told them I would be there later. I then got a call at 1:30 pm saying MY CAR WAS STOLEN OFF THEIR LOT!! They have no outside cameras and says they think it was stolen over night. That’s funny because how was my car ready at 10am if it was “stolen” the previous night …. When asked for their insurance information they refused to give it to me and threatened to call the police. The conversation was recorded and reports have been made! Police report says there was no broken glass… so was my car left unlocked????"

"The guys here are awesome. They took great care of my vehicle when I dropped it off for an alignment and an oil change. They were super polite to me and the office staff was wonderful as well. I will definitely be taking my car to them from now on."
