"If I could give this shop a zero star review I would. I came in because there was something wrong with the front end of my truck. They said my idler arm and passenger side inner and outer tie rod were bad. They gave me a price that was a little high, but I needed it done. Called me back 30 minutes later telling me it was going to be $100 more. After I get my truck back my steering was tight, but I still had a rattle in the front end. My shock was snapped in half. Not sure how they did not notice it. Then I noticed that I'm missing my plastic splash cover for the engine that they needed to remove to do the idler arm. They deny I had one there, but you can clearly see the marks where they removed it. They looked at their cameras to see if they had in fact removed it, but they say there is no angle. It's a $20 cover and after spending $750 you think they would cover it to keep a customer. The inner tie rod has teeth marks like they installed it with a pipe wrench. The dust boot for the tie rod was also twisted which would cause premature wear. Tried talking to the mechanic and the sales guy in the back so the other customers didn't hear about the issues the sales guy Frank just walked off and went and ate his pita, the mechanic just stood there and denied the splash guard was there, tried to tell me the the tie rod boot was too short to even twist. Then the dumbfounded look when I call him out and being a mechanic not a plumber shouldn't be using a pipe wrench. The quality in the workmanship is very poor, I would NOT recommend this mechanic shop."
