"I ordered a wiper arm for a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis Saturday morning January 13th and was told it will be available for pickup before closing, I waited to pick it up Sunday January 14th and the young lady refused to check the back to get it for me. I already payed for it and she refused to check, saying it's not in we don't do deliveries on Sundays lol, she wouldn't go in the back to even see if it was back there she needs to be fired. This was at the O'Reilly store in Melvindale. She was very unprofessional."
"Not very Helpful customer service . I’m going to admit that not all employees, I was standing in store for about 20 minutes with some used oil needed to be recycled. They passed by me and looked the other way, like they never see me . I don’t mind going extra miles knowing that I will get a better service."
