Gorgeous Nails - Nails Salon in Chesterfield

"I have been using this salon for probably a year or more. Had a fill earlier this week from one of the guys, not my normal lady. Within a few days, the gel polish was peeling off in gummy, gooey clumps on one nail after another. I'm assuming they didn't "cure" properly. I went to have him fix it, waited and waited, then he tried to only fix the bad ones. I told him I wanted them all repolished, since there was something wrong with the polish or the way it set, but he argued with me. I finally walked out, went down the street and paid to have someone else fix my nails. Guess I'll find a new salon, because THIS was not the way a business should handle THEIR mistake."

"This place was close to home, so I was pretty hopeful, but unfortunately my dip nails didn't last a week. Usually I can go up to three weeks. They are chipping in a way that I have never seen before with dip. This is both thumbs and several fingernails. They looked nice when I left the shop, unfortunately now they need to be done again."

This was the first time I’ve gotten my nails done here and I can’t believe how bad they are now. The top protective layer is like falling off, and the top of my nails are starting to chip. Literally just two days after I got them done. I’ve been getting this service done for years and I’ve never experience this. I’m not sure what they did wrong but it’s definitely something."
