"Ziebart in Dearborn did my initial rustproofing application (and diamond gloss) in 2023 but because it’s an hour from my home I decided to have my yearly inspection, diamond gloss and re-spray done at the Ziebart in Utica. Boy was that a horrible decision! When I went to pick it back up the underneath looked like nobody had ever touched it as there was dirt, debris and mud all over the bottom. Had to get out of work early to go pick it up and arrange a ride only to be sent back home. Went back to pick up my truck a day later and the gentleman upfront tried to defend his worker by saying I had “caked” on mud underneath the car. I asked if it’s standard policy to just rust proof spray over the mud and he said no “they probably should have sprayed it a second time” but proceeded to make me feel I was the problem for having mud under my truck. Welcome to Michigan Ziebart that’s what happens to our cars. Do not go to this place!"

They did an excellent job on everything and the work was completed when promised. They also did a great job cleaning up any overspray.
