"Unbelievably good service! When we got the recall notice for our '18 Lincoln MKC, none of the dealers had the replacement part. This was 3 months ago & the recommendation in the recall notice was to park the car outside, so if it bursts into flames, it won't burn your house, too (!). Happened to hear Crest Fords ad on 950AM about free recall service AT YOUR HOME! The service tech came from Centerline to Novi, did the repair & left! None of the local Lincoln or Ford dealers do this unless you are enrolled in the "Black Label" program. I wish Crest Ford much success as I will be giving them all of my service business."

"Crest Service Center was fast, efficient and professional. I called the day prior and they got me in next day at 8am. Drop off was easy, I was back to work within minutes. As promised my car was ready by end of day. Bob, the driver who picked me up, was so friendly and knowledgeable. The pride for his job was evident. I learned that Crest Service just received a national award; that 97% of vehicles serviced there never are seen again for same issue; there are 6-7 master mechanics working there, near the top in the nation; also that 22,000 cars were serviced there just last year. I was impressed to hear of all the successes but not surprised. My experience since day one of car shopping was top notch, so to hear that the service center is just as amazing is no surprise.
