Didn't apologize or offer to get it in, just tried to make me feel uncomfortable like it was my mistake. Was a real inconvenience, having taken time off work and arrange for a ride. "I had an excellent experience with their services. Glen was excellent in helping me with my issue with my 02 Chevy Avalanche. I had an old alarm system that throwed my entire electrical system out of whack. Glen knew exactly what was going on and even did me a great service and handled my vehicle the next day. The cost was very affordable for a new alarm system and I got a great warranty. I love the 2 new key fobs. Thank you very much Glen for your excellent customer service.
