"Just wanted my tie nails cut, but she insisted on nail polish. It went from $35.00 to $45.00. ,plus too I'm not happy about it, will be looking for a new place to get my nails done"
"STAFF IS RUDE WITH VERY NASTY ATTITUDES! It actually pains me to sit here and write this review. I was very excited after reading reviews and glancing thru photos to check this nail salon out. I thought I had made a wise decision to go in and get my nails done today at this establishment and I left my appointment disappointed because of the mistreatment and rude behavior from the staff. I called this afternoon and asked if they had any availability for a walk-in appointment. The woman told me yes and we agreed on me stopping in within 10 minutes of my call. When I arrived, I was seated immediately and the older gentleman serviced me and did an exceptional job on my fill-in. While my nails were being worked on, I browsed thru the shellac colors and settled on which color I wanted AND showed my design choice to him and his counterpart who I presume to be the head of the salon. She had another tech come over and prepare the gold foil for my nail design. As the gentlemen doing my nails neared the end of my appt I asked him if he was still planning to add the foil as I had requested and he told me yes. Fearing that he was not understanding me, I asked again! He then proceeded to put the final clear coat on my nails which indicated he was NOT going to do the nail design I had asked for. His counterpart then proceeded to tell me they thought I no longer wanted the foil and that I would now have to wait for her to finish the client in her chair because only she knew how to add the foil! He then got up and walked away and they began talking in their foreign language in an aggressive manner and I am 99.9% certain that they were talking about me in a rage because they did not want to honor what I asked for my nails to look like. I sat for 15 minutes and was never told how long I would have to wait for. Very unprofessional! I decided to get up from my seat and walk to the cashier and I asked her to bill me so that I could leave for piece of mind. This is why I left NO TIP and will never step foot in this establishment again. The sad part is that they were very cheerful and friendly with what looked to be repeat clients. I just moved to this side of the state and was hoping I would find a nail salon to service for my buddy weekly appointments but I would urge any other newbies to stay away from this place! If this salon catered to customer service I would have been discounted for the half job I received and furthermore you should have declined my appointment request if you were too busy today to service an additional client. Might I add how distasteful it is to endlessly shout banter back and forth in front of your clientele in another language while making it obvious that you are talking about them. Next time be mature and say it in English and directly to your client!"
"Love the service!!!! Everyone is so nice and really good prices. I got their new cat eye (pictured) and it was only like 67$ not including tip!"
"I really wanted to love this experience especially since this was my second time since they opened patronizing the business, the customer service, decor and overall experience was great but unfortunately the polish job was less than mediocre. I went back because the shelac was bubbling up on my thumb due to the polish not being completely dry, the repair was performed and for some reason they decided to polish another coat of clear shelac on all of the nails, problem now is the polish was not dry again, so now I have the same problem on all 10 nails. I’m so disappointed because they are very nice and other reviews were great but it didn’t work for me and now I have to spend another $50 and go somewhere else."
