"I am trying to just get my check engine light looked at. Their online scheduler would not let me make an appointment with them to get an estimate because I have to agree to pay in advance. I believe my issue is covered under my warranty. I tried to call them every day last week to set up an appointment and every single time I called, no one answered. I left three voicemails with my phone number, explaining the issue, who I was, and I left my phone number. I never received a call back, so I tried the online chat to twice. I was just redirected back to their phone number and online scheduler. I could not get a promise that someone would call me back. I even tried to go up to the dealership and I was told the only way to set up an appointment is through the online scheduler or to call and make an appointment. I Just want I just want I just need my local Ford dealership to look at my car, I have dealt with bad dealerships in the past, but I’ve never dealt with one that won’t even try and schedule an appointment with me. I never make google reviews, but this is the only way that I can leave feedback and maybe get someone from this dealership to reach out to me."
